1. Kto przetwarza dane

2. Do czego służy aplikacja

PayCode.pro - Weryfikacja to bot na serwerze Discord kanału PayCode. Nadaje rangę na Discordzie osobom, które subskrybują kanał, polubiły jego najnowszy film i zostawiły pod nim komentarz.

3. Jakie dane pobieramy z Google / YouTube

Po zalogowaniu przez Google aplikacja prosi wyłącznie o zakres https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly (tylko odczyt) i używa go, aby jednorazowo pobrać:

• identyfikator Twojego kanału YouTube,
• informację, czy subskrybujesz kanał PayCode (tylko ten jeden kanał, nie cała lista subskrypcji),
• Twoją ocenę (łapka w górę / w dół / brak) najnowszego filmu kanału PayCode.

Dodatkowo, bez użycia Twojego konta, aplikacja odczytuje publiczne komentarze pod najnowszym filmem kanału PayCode, aby sprawdzić, czy jest wśród nich komentarz z Twojego kanału.

Aplikacja nie ma dostępu do Twojego e-maila, hasła, historii oglądania, prywatnych filmów, wiadomości ani innych usług Google. Nie może niczego publikować, oceniać, subskrybować ani usuwać w Twoim imieniu.

4. Jakie dane pobieramy z Discorda

Identyfikator Twojego konta Discord (żeby nadać rangę właściwej osobie) oraz informację, czy masz już rangę na serwerze.

5. Co przechowujemy i jak długo

• Tokeny dostępu Google nie są zapisywane. Token jest używany tylko w pamięci podczas jednej weryfikacji i od razu po niej unieważniany u Google.
• Po udanej weryfikacji zapisujemy wyłącznie parę: ID kanału YouTube ↔ ID konta Discord. Służy ona tylko do tego, żeby jeden kanał YouTube nie zweryfikował wielu kont Discord. Przechowujemy ją, dopóki bot działa albo do momentu, gdy poprosisz o usunięcie.
• Wyniki sprawdzenia (subskrypcja, ocena, komentarz) nie są zapisywane. Służą tylko do jednorazowej decyzji o nadaniu rangi.
• Linki weryfikacyjne wygasają po 15 minutach i są przechowywane tylko w pamięci.

6. Udostępnianie danych

Nie sprzedajemy, nie wynajmujemy i nie przekazujemy Twoich danych nikomu. Nie używamy ich do reklam, profilowania ani trenowania modeli AI. Jedyną czynnością poza Google jest nadanie rangi przez API Discorda.

7. Zgodność z zasadami Google i YouTube

Sposób, w jaki PayCode.pro - Weryfikacja wykorzystuje i przekazuje informacje otrzymane z interfejsów API Google, jest zgodny z Zasadami dotyczącymi danych użytkownika w usługach interfejsów API Google, w tym z wymogami ograniczonego użytkowania (Limited Use).

Aplikacja korzysta z YouTube API Services. Korzystając z niej, akceptujesz Warunki korzystania z YouTube. Przetwarzanie danych przez Google opisuje Polityka prywatności Google.

8. Twoje prawa i usunięcie danych

• Dostęp aplikacji jest unieważniany automatycznie, ale zawsze możesz to sprawdzić lub zrobić ręcznie na stronie uprawnień konta Google.
• Aby usunąć powiązanie kanału YouTube z kontem Discord, napisz na [email protected], podając nazwę konta Discord. Usuniemy je w ciągu 30 dni.
• Masz prawo dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

9. Bezpieczeństwo

Komunikacja z Google i Discordem odbywa się przez szyfrowane połączenia HTTPS. Dostęp do serwera bota ma tylko jego administrator.

10. Zmiany

O zmianach tej polityki poinformujemy na serwerze Discord. Data ostatniej zmiany jest podana na górze strony.

PayCode.pro - Weryfikacja Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

PayCode.pro - Weryfikacja is operated by the creator of the YouTube channel PayCode. Contact: [email protected].

2. What the app does

PayCode.pro - Weryfikacja is a Discord bot for the PayCode community server. It grants a Discord role to users who are subscribed to the channel, have liked its latest video and have commented on it.

3. Google / YouTube data we access

The app requests only the read-only scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly and uses it once to retrieve:

• your YouTube channel ID,
• whether you are subscribed to the PayCode channel (only this one channel, not your full subscription list),
• your rating (like / dislike / none) of the latest PayCode video.

Separately, without using your account, the app reads public comments on the latest PayCode video to check whether one of them was posted by your channel. The app has no access to your email, password, watch history, private videos, messages or other Google services, and cannot post, rate, subscribe or delete anything on your behalf.

4. Discord data

Your Discord user ID (to assign the role to the right person) and whether you already have the role.

5. Storage and retention

• Google access tokens are never stored. A token is held in memory for a single verification only and revoked with Google immediately afterwards.
• After a successful verification we store only the pair YouTube channel ID ↔ Discord user ID, solely to prevent one YouTube channel from verifying multiple Discord accounts. It is kept while the bot operates or until you ask us to delete it.
• Verification results (subscription, rating, comment) are not stored.
• Verification links expire after 15 minutes and are kept in memory only.

6. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling or training AI models. The only action outside Google is assigning the role through the Discord API.

7. Google API and YouTube compliance

PayCode.pro - Weryfikacja's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This app uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.

8. Your rights and data deletion

Access is revoked automatically, but you can always check or revoke it on your Google Account permissions page. To delete the stored channel ↔ Discord link, email [email protected] with your Discord username; we will delete it within 30 days. You also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction under the GDPR, and may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

9. Security

All communication with Google and Discord uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Only the bot administrator has access to the server.

10. Changes

Changes to this policy will be announced on the Discord server; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
